2028 \u5e74\u5c06\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u81ea\u8eab\u8d44\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u603b\u989d S$2000 \u4ebf\uff08\u6298\u5408\u7ea6 1490 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u964d\u81f3 10% \u81f3 20%\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u53ef\u80fd\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u201c\u6f5c\u5728\u516c\u5e73\u4ef7\u503c\u6216\u5904\u7f6e\u4e8f\u635f\u201d\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u5f71\u54cd\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u77ed\u671f\u5185\u975e\u8425\u8fd0\u6536\u76ca\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0cCapitaLand 27%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u58f0\u660e\u4f9d\u7136\u575a\u5b9a\u5730\u627f\u8bfa\u7ee7\u7eed\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u6df1\u8015\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5e76\u8ba1\u5212\u901a\u8fc7\u672c\u5730\u8d44\u91d1\u6269\u5927\u5728\u534e\u8d44\u4ea7\u89c4\u6a21\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u9002\u5e94\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u6218\u7565\u8c03\u6574\u548c\u8f6c\u578b\uff0c\u591a\u5143\u5316\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86 CapitaLand \u5b9e\u73b0\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8f7b\u8d44\u4ea7\u578b\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u7684\u589e\u957f\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CapitaLand \u662f\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4e3b\u6743\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u65d7\u4e0b\u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u591a\u5e74\u4e2d\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u6295\u8d44\u8005\uff0c\u5176\u6295\u8d44\u6d89\u53ca\u8303\u56f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\uff0c\u4ece\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u5230\u8d2d\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7b49\u5404\u4e2a\u9886\u57df\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5e02\u573a\u6301\u7eed\u75b2\u8f6f\u5bfc\u81f4\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6295\u8d44\u7b56\u7565\u9010\u6e10\u53d7\u5230\u8d1f\u9762\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cCapitaLand \u6b63\u5728\u79ef\u6781\u5bfb\u6c42\u65b0\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u8ba1\u5212\u4e8e\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u5e74\u5185\u4f7f\u5176\u8fd0\u8425\u6536\u76ca\u589e\u957f\u81f3\u903e S1 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u5370\u5ea6\u7b49\u5730\u53d1\u8d77\u65b0\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1\u7684\u52df\u96c6\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u5728\u5f53\u524d\u7684\u6218\u7565\u8c03\u6574\u4e2d\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u5c06\u66dd\u5149\u8f6c\u79fb\u5230\u5176\u4ed6\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6700\u8fd1\u5ba3\u5e03\u6536\u8d2d
