Billionaire investor  is buying more of \u201ceverything\u201d related to China after Beijing rolled out sweeping stimulus measures that exceeded expectations.Tepper, who founded  in 1993, attributed his big bet on Chinese assets to the shift introduced by the top leaders in Beijing this week. \u201cI thought that what the Fed did last week would lead to China easing, and I didn\u2019t know that they were going to bring out the big guns like they did,\u201d he said in a CNBC interview Thursday.In the second quarter, his hedge fund held  of its holdings in the Chinese companies that were scooped up earlier this year, even as stakes in  and US tech giants were trimmed.Now, after China\u2019s top leaders  efforts to revive growth with pledges to support fiscal spending and stabilize the property sector, he\u2019s once again snapping up Chinese stocks including tech giants Alibaba and  \u201cWe got a little bit longer, more Chinese stocks,\u201d he said, citing low valuations, even after this week\u2019s price surge, as one of the reasons he\u2019s a buyer. Tepper also indicated that he\u2019s removed his self-imposed guardrails on Chinese stocks. \u201cI have limits, historic limits. I probably said a long time ago, I don\u2019t go above 10% or 15%. Well, that\u2019s probably not true anymore,\u201d he told CNBC. Still, he said he\u2019d set \u201canother new found limit\u201d in a pullback.He was cheered by the  unveiled by PBOC governor  allowing securities, funds and insurance companies to tap the central bank to buy stocks. \u201cThat\u2019s a great deal for me. I want to be over there to borrow some of this stuff,\u201d he said.
